Concessions, grants & rebates by state.

Macarthur Energy Retail supplies customers in NSW and SE QLD as the retailer of record. Both states run government concessions, grants and rebate programs to help with energy bills. Eligibility is set by your state, not by us — but we will register and apply any concession to your account on your request, and we'll help you check what you may be eligible for. Published in line with NERR Part 2 Division 2 clause 19(c).

Federal energy bill relief

From time to time the Australian Government provides bill relief credits applied directly through your retailer. Where these are in place we will apply them automatically — you don't need to do anything. For 2025–26, eligible households and small businesses receive credits applied to their bills under the Energy Bill Relief Fund. See energy.gov.au for the current scheme.
