Concessions, grants & rebates by state.

Macarthur Energy Retail supplies customers in NSW and SE QLD as the retailer of record. Both states run government concessions, grants and rebate programs to help with energy bills. Eligibility is set by your state, not by us — but we will help you check what you may be eligible for and register any retailer-applied concession on your request. Published in line with NERR rules 19 and 64.
